How are your sizes determined?

We offer our products in different sizes. The size of our rectangular products represents the longest side length. The size of the circular products represents the diameter. The rest of our products are measured at the longest points to each other.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Once you have added the item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart, click View Cart. This will take you to your shopping cart page. Now click on Pay, you should see the box with the discount code for the gift certificate. Enter your code in the box and click apply. This should adjust your total.

Will my metal product rust?

Our metal products are powder coated and cured in a 400 degree oven. As long as there are no flaws that expose the actual metal, your piece is protected from the elements.
* The Corten Steel option will develop uniform rust within a short period of time and we ship it "pre-rusted".

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally!

Shipping within Germany is free for regular store orders. For special customer orders we charge € 4,95 shipping. The cost for European shipping is € 9,90, the cost for international shipping depends on the size.

What are your return policies?

Due to the custom nature of our products, items cannot be returned to us for a refund. If you have received an item that is incorrect, or if you believe something is missing from your order, please notify us within three business days of receiving your item. We will then find a short-term solution.

How can I hang my metal sign?

Most of our signs are not very heavy and can be easily hung from just one nail. Our powder coated street signs come with holes drilled and matching mounting hardware. Stainless steel signs prefer to be glued down with silicone. If you want to have holes in your sign, just write us a short message in the course of your order.

Can you create an individual design for me?

With pleasure! Just write us your idea or wishes to and together we will think about how we can put it into practice. If you already have designs or files, feel free to send them along.

How do I find out about offers?

We have regular offers and discounts, but we recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter. Sign up by clicking on the "Subscribe" tab in the upper right corner of your screen. This will give you a great advantage because we always send our special offers to our email subscribers first!

I need an item by a certain date. How can I guarantee that?

Since we do not offer an expedited delivery service, we recommend that you order your item at least 2 weeks before you need it. We do have influence on the production but once your sign goes into shipping, we do not. Often this takes 1-2 days within Germany, but sometimes it takes a week. Better plan a little time for it.

Which shipping service do you use?

We ship all our products with DHL.
Depending on your location, it can take between 3 and 5 days for your package to arrive once the label is created. When your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can see exactly where your order is!

What colors do you offer?

We currently offer the following color options for your metal decor item:

Black RAL 9005

White RAL 9010

Light gray RAL 9006



Corten steel ( develops stainless steel patina in the short term )

Our powder coated items undergo a detailed process to ensure the surface is properly prepared and the color will last long indoors or outdoors.

How thick is the steel for your products?

Our products are cut from 1.5mm steel. This thickness was chosen to give you a solid and high quality item, but is not too heavy to hang on your wall or door.

How long does it take to ship an order?

The general processing time for most products is 1-3 business days. We cannot produce your item until we receive your order and final design. Corten steel takes a few days longer because we "pre-rust" it for you and the stainless needs to develop a bit first.
(Processing times may vary somewhat depending on popular order times and the number of orders produced).

Do I need to create a customer account?

No, you do not have to create an account if you do not want to. You can also check out as a guest. In this case, however, no data of your order will be stored.

My tracking number is listed as delivered, but I have not received my order?

We can do everything on our side to find out something about the whereabouts. According to our experience, follow-up requests always take at least 2 weeks. Maybe you can contact DHL with your tracking number, sometimes the packages are just lying in a post office waiting to be picked up.
