You have the right to cancel your order without giving reasons. This right is limited to 24 hours as we then produce the sign.

We're only human :) It may happen that your sign doesn't exactly match what you ordered. In these cases, we will of course take care of the replacement as quickly as possible.

As soon as we receive your order, we will try to process it as quickly as possible. However, you have the right to cancel this contract within 24 hours without giving reasons.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation:
If you have canceled your contract, we will cancel your order and immediately refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees due to this repayment.

The right of withdrawal no longer exists once your personalized goods have already been created, as they have been individually and significantly tailored to your wishes and personal needs.
This applies to personalized signs and custom-made items.
Orders for items from our category of standard motif signs can be canceled within 10 days of receipt of the goods. We ask you to fill out the information in our cancellation form and send it to us.
We also ask you to send your order in the original packaging and with sufficient postage to the address specified on the form.
Immediately after receiving your goods, we will immediately refund you the amount of your original order. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees due to this repayment.
